Words can’t explain months later been wanting to write this I also wrote to the Florida bar fee which did not it didn’t get reimbursed because of signed documents. Read your documents. Jamison was on my case so exactly 30 days didn’t go to court once I was desperate for help . He got paid 9,000$ didn’t go to court not once and had the audacity to ask me for another 10,000$ Is THIS CRIMINAL COURT OR FAMILY COURT!

My family and I were involved in a somewhat horrid case with my wife's ex. Mr. Jamieson and his staff were simply outstanding. They were honest, realistic, and always had the ability to calm our nerves when they were most frazzled. There was simply nothing that they were not forthcoming about. Moreover, they always provided us all of the information that we needed in the most timely manner imaginable. Their service was first class. Because we were out-of-town clients, they were willing to work with us over phone and on weekends when we could get into town. He suggested expert witnesses that truly helped our case. He also cared about the welfare of our child above all else. He also respected us, our opinions, and our needs. This was a non-traditional case, so his expertise was absolutely essential. He understood the need of our daughter, developmentally and otherwise. He also understood how to build a very complex case that demonstrated that justice was on our side. Rather than reducing a complex case to the "standard," he and his staff fought hard for us. Here is the best part: We won everything. His knowledge of case law, use of experts, and professionalism far exceeded that of opposing council. The truth of the matter is that he was simply better prepared and that the cost of that was worth the quality. He provided us with advice that we did not necessarily like and asked us to spend money on the places that were worth it. And the results were worth it! Really nice to have an honest, results-oriented attorney who treated our problem with the seriousness that it deserves! We will continue to use him and HIGHLY recommend him and his practice. His ability to demonstrate that an unconventional case deserved an unconventional judgement truly sold me (and the judge) on the quality of his practice. He has impacted our lives so much to the positive, I'd give him 6 stars if I could. Thank you!!!!!

I owe my peace to Mr. Jamieson. He masterfully crafted a Marital Settlement Agreement for me. This legal document served as a catalyst in opening the gates to real communication with my husband. I honestly don’t know where our paths may lead, but I do know I owe the progress we have made to the flawless implementation of the Collaborative Divorce principles Mr. Jamieson provided. His vast knowledge and experience in what is a relatively new approach are priceless. What would have cost me far more money, time and grief, resulted in an unexpectedly positive outcome – bonus! We were so naive when we first entered the legal system. Fortunately Charlie knows what he is doing. He understands how things really work in the judicial system. We had other lawyers just take our money and tell us what we wanted to hear. Charlie's team thoroughly researched our legal situation and gave us the counsel we needed to make good decisions. If we ever have to go back into the legal system again, we want to have Charlie by our side.

I hired him based on reviews. It was mistake. Very unfair work: 1.You will be over charged about 4 times of other attorney charge. 2. While high amount of prenup research fee was charged, preparing for validity was not necessary at all according to Mr. Jamieson himself. He said it will be decided by the judge  "Judge's mood of the day".3. After charged over $12,000 even before going to a mediation, Mr. Jamieson seems he started to study about my information the day before mediation. He supposed to have knowledge of amount equal to $12,000 but he requested not just update but most important information he should already have. Also important information were lost. Mr. Jamieson apologized me for paralegal's dispicable work- I should be reimbursed since he admits his fault. Two staff include one attorney quit only in a first few months. 4. Nothing timely: I was in need for urgent temporary support. Mr. Jamieson promised me to file for alimony and informed me that it will be in February but it was filed in the end of May. When I question, response are very late most time. I was shocked when husband attorney was trying to set the date for mediation, Mr. Jamieson's office did not inform me nor wrote husband side back for 13 days. There are tons more complaint about delay. They were even late for due dates for financial affidavit and extended 10 days after already 3 days late. I would not recommend this law office at all. I don't know why he has some good reviews-maybe his friends & family. I was warned by 2 attorneys his over charged work and trying to take time for anything include mediation to be able to charge. I terminated his service before hearing to ask a different attorney to continue.

This was a second marriage for both of us. This was a mutually agreed upon divorce and I was so lucky to find Mr. Jamieson and his firm to represent me. We had a very thorough pre nuptial agreement as well as binding property agreement regarding the disposition of the one asset we owned jointly. Mr Jamieson offered me a real world actionable step by step procedure to get my son back from brain washing grandparents. Mr Jamieson also gave me the motivation and confidence to do what I had to do to get my kid back. Mr. Jamieson even spoke to police officers on my behalf to remind them of my rights in a difficult situation. Mr. Jamieson understands parent / child alienation and has methods that my sound counter intuitive to the uninformed. I'm very happy with how effective Mr. Jamieson's help was. My son is permanently back home with me and doing great.
