From the first conversation I had with Attorney Levy, I knew I was in good hands. The firm made a stressful and scary time very calm. I always felt as though I matter. Every step was always explained to me and communication was consistent and immediate. I was so happy not to worry about how to handle everything in relation to my case and am thrilled with the outcome!

When Alan took my case, he made me feel comfortable. He got right to work after gathering my information. He helped me understand how the lawsuit was laid out. When I gave my depositions, I felt very comfortable due to Alan’s explanation of when talking always tell the truth, and if I didn’t remember, state that. Because of his hard work, I won my case! That saved part of my life I had lost because of what happened to me.
Thank you Alan!!!

Here's a quick summary of my experience with this firm:
The good, the paralegal, she was responsive and friendly and definitely deserves a raise.
Now on to the bad, just about everything else. Attorney? I think I had one? I spoke to her a total of maybe 30 minutes in the span of months, even upon request she was never available and you were reminded that their time is more valuable than yours. Said 30 minutes were for a "prep call" a whole month prior to the hearing, followed by more radio silence.
That call consisted of absolutely no substance. If you were hoping they would prepare you for questions and guide you down the path best suited for your case, you'd be wrong, it felt like I was stuck in a bad meeting with my elementary school counselor. Instead of coming out feeling assured or even more prepared than prior, I came out more anxious and told "I was nothing special", their words, fine, but maybe don't wait months and especially before the hearing to say so? The call to say at the very least was belittling.
How about outside that call? Well, they basically intercepted documents sent to you and sent you a copy with their letter head. Adding a middleman to an otherwise simple process. You're probably asking "Aren't they advising you how to best sign those documents or walk you through them?", no, no they are not.
Lastly during the big moment, did anything change, did they stand up for you and win or lose to make sure your case was presented to the best of it's abilities? If I could play for you the sound of crickets chirping while a tumbleweed rolled by, I would, because that's exactly the kind of presence that was brought to that virtual courtroom from them.
Now I'm not gonna fault the firm for the judges decision over my case, but rather grade them on if I felt well prepared and represented in which case I'd have to give them a failing grade.
