Very professional and highly ethical in handling my case. They welcome the client's feedback during settlement discussions. As an attorney myself, they seriously listened to my feedback in getting a higher setement offer. It was more than double the insurance carrierer's initial low-ball settlement offer. The fact that they do not run hyped-up ads promising outlanish and atypical settlement amounts greatly appealed my decision to use them for my auto accident. They did a great job from retainer to completion.
