I had a excellent experience working with this law firm. The attorney was very knowledgeable and patient and insured that I understood everything every step of the way. They kept in constant communication ensuring that I was aware of what was going on. We had several meetings explaining where we were in the process. She was very reassuring nonjudgmental and caring. They offered encouragement and advice. I thoroughly enjoyed the initial consultation and the free webinar that provided excellent information that opened my eyes and allowed me to make this very important decision for my life. I was moved to seriously consider estate planning services after a few of my family members passed away unexpectedly. So a family friend referred me to a Deere Law Firm. Before booking a meeting in person, I attended one of Chioma Deere’s webinars. I was curious, I don’t have the greatest trust in lawyers so I went in anticipating the moment I’d click off the moment I heard anything that sounded even remotely displeasing. I was surprised, truly. I stayed the length of the webinar as Chioma Deere walked through the ins and outs of estate planning process and the importance of a good lawyer in these processes. Chioma was answering questions I didn’t even think to ask. I think I got a good sense of who she is and that she really cares about ensuring the best for her clients.

AMAZING JOB! So many good things to say. 1)15 minutes from leaving a message inquiring about her services, I received a call (from attorney Deere herself) to answer questions and after that call I knew I wanted her to take care of our families needs. 2) First impressions are great, but FOLLOW THRU is EVERYTHING. Within minutes of that call I had emails confirming our conversation and a calendar with our appointment. This was so reassuring (especially since the first attorney was terrible in this regard). 3) Fees. I Never expect something for nothing but do not want to get taken advantage of either. She was reasonable, fair and open about fees. We received more than we paid for. 4) Finally, her professional and caring demeanor helped us feel heard and taken care of while handling our families affairs. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. And by the way, if you need assistance in Spanish, she will make arrangements as needed for an interpreter.
