I would not recommend Pincus and currier to anyone. Billy pincus was representing our hoa and the board ended up having to be recalled. Pincus challenged the recall on the grounds that signatures didn't match. Evidently billy was absolutely clueless that the recall forms can only be judged within its four corners and his crackpot defense was utterly invalid. Billy couldn't even present himself to defend his laughable defense, but instead sent a lackey to take the dressing down that billy himself earned. The arbitrator was livid and recalled the board. All of this cost our association tens of thousands of dollars, charged by and paid to this law firm, all to be defended by a cut-rate hack who apparently didn't understand even the most basic of the rules governing hoa's in florida. In my opinion, billy pincus should be removed as a partner and investigated by the florida bar association. My representation of events is how it happened. It's a matter of public record if anyone wants to check. The hoa is willoughby farms and the defense that was presented to the arbitration was that signatures did not match. You should have known that was not a valid response, billy, the arbitrator knee it immediately. So go ahead and try to say you didn't do what you did and that I'm misrepresenting. As far as I can figure it you either did not know how to do your job correctly by not knowing the argument you offered was not valid or you knew it was not valid and used it anyway because your morals revolve closely around your wallet and you don't care who you bilk for a buck or how. Those are the only options, billy. Are you stupid or are you a crook who lacks morals? Anyone can check and see that every word I posted is absolutely true. If anyone would like to check with the association billy represented it is willoughby farms townhomes association. Go ahead and speak to the board and they will tell you flat out that they believe billy pincus is a hack. And not just the townhomes board, billy. I invite anyone to contact any representative on any of the three boards in my community and they will tell you all about billy boy It's now been 6 months since I posted my review and there have been no legal ramifications for my "representation of the facts" the statements I made were stated with the intent of making billy pincus lose potential clients and would easily be considered libel and slander had they not been true. But not only do I not lie, I dont misrepresent facts either. I am once again letting everyone know that billy pincus is a hack and I'm daring him and his firm to challenge me. He ave to provide substantial explanations for his legal advice. He could shut me up by telling courts I'm lying on him. But then he would have to prove I somehow lied and that is altogether impossible. I strongly advise against using this firm. As far as I've seen they only use moral codes to hide Billy's wrong-doings
