We highly recommend the law offices of Roger P. Foley PA! Our daughter who has never been in trouble with the law before was arrested with some serious charges. As parents this left us feeling scared and confused on how to help our daughter. A friend recommended Roger and after reading his reviews we were sold! Roger was there for us to answer our MANY questions, prepared us for all the possible outcomes, stayed in constant contact with us and helped calm us with his extensive knowledge and experience. Roger acted quickly on our behalf and within two weeks the charges were dismissed. If you are in need of an attorney, you won't regret choosing Roger Foley.

I would like to start off saying if I could give Mr. Foley 10 stars I would. I searched for the top 5 criminal attorneys in Palm Beach County and his name came up he had all 5 stars and no bad reviews, so I called him and told him what had happened after speaking with him for a little bit I hired him as my attorney best decision for me. I was charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon which I did not commit , He was very patient and understanding with me . As I had never been charged with anything in my life before. He knew right away that things just didn't add up and believed in my innocence right away. He first got my charges dropped to a misdemeanor and than got them dismissed. He always returned my emails and calls. I can never express my gratitude to Mr. Foley and I would highly recommend him to anyone . This is one only time I wish I could've given someone 10 stars!! After reading the different reviews from previous clients, I could not agree more with them. There's truly nothing else to add about David. He is simply one of the most competent, astute, personable, encouraging, and extremely capable lawyers that I have ever met! Roger foley is amazing. If it wasn’t for him doing whatever he possibly could to help me out of the legal whole I created for myself , I wouldn’t be where I am at today I’d be in jail. David was an excellent attorney. He & his staff were extremely caring & empathic to my needs. They always got back to me in a timely manner & kept an open line of communication with regards to my case, possible outcomes, and helped plot a course of action during my ordeal. On top of that they explained any questions that I may have had, listened to my concerns, & were always consummate professionals. Highly recommended, would definitely work with them again if needed.
