I was recommended to David Olson by another amazing Attorney whose judgement I completely trust. Having never been in this situation with any kind of criminal charges against me. I was terrified. I couldn't imagine dealing with this on my own. A small business owner in the seafood industry I experienced an extremely intimidating ordeal with the FWC. Financially struggling through personal tragedies and the effects of Covid in the Restaurant Industry did not stop David from Jumping in to help me with my case Immediately. Everyone who knows me knows that my past was not the greatest. Throughout the years Ive changed for the better but my past always held me back. I wasnt able to become a Citizen, or so I thought. I went to many lawyers and spoke to many layers before speaking to Asghar Law. Every lawyer told me that I was most likely going to have to go to immigration court. I was beyond scared for my future. Once meeting with Mr Asghar i explained everything that had happened in my past and he told me not to worry. This was back in October of 2021. It is now April of 2022 and i am a United States Citizen. I cant thank this law firm enough for everything they have done. A huge shout out to Mr Asghar and also to Natasha. If you want an attorney who treats you like a human and is the toughest fighter out there; this is the man you want to select. He has literally moved mountains for me on very serious offenses were the prosecution were very motivated to make an example out of me. As many will know; when the decks are stacked against you, it's almost impossible to win. Thanks to Mr.Foley; I was able to leave the situation intact and with my freedom and livlihood intact.
