This review is posted to help a client: Good morning Mr. Jensen, The following reflects the thoughts of Sylvie Thériault (the plaintiff) and Jacques Hérisset (her husband). Unfortunately, Sylvie not being bilingual, I, the undersigned wrote the following, expressing the thoughts of both of us! When Sylvie and I decided to verify the possibility to go forward to pursue the Evergreen Community, our decision was based on ‘’confidence’’. We had to have the full ‘’confidence’’ independently of the result, of our lawyers and counselors. Right at the beginning and during our first meeting with M. Robert Bradshaw, listening to our story and facts, he expressed with ‘’confidence’’ that we had a cause and that it would be worth going forward. Because of the 3 years of the build up of the case with M. Bradshaw, Dan Jensen and their team, ‘’confidence’’ was present at all times. There were many subjects of discussions involving many important items, all being treated with a lot of care. The final sprint involved two important phases…The ‘’Deposition’’ done by Sylvie and the ‘’Mediating’’ session. Both were very well prepared by M. Jensen and his team. Sylvie was very ‘’confident’’ being well prepared, M. Jensen mentioning she had been ‘’phenomenal’’!!! The ‘’Mediation’’ was a life experience…again the ‘’confidence’’ had to be very present since it lasted over 6 hours! A very good note to M. John B. Marion for his patience and understanding! The outcome was very positive, well led by M. Jensen and his assistant Kari Peterson. As mentioned at the beginning, after we had entrusted the case to our lawyers, we felt right away that we were in good hands, much supported by everybody concerned on the team. Thank you, M. When rear-ended in SE Florida, a higher-than-national-average occurrence for this region, I contacted Matt Haynes, an attorney at this firm, received a rapid reply, and I never had to worry about a thing after that beyond following directions. Unexpected communications from outsiders? I simply forwarded everything to Mr. Haynes’s paralegal and she handled any situation that came up. If I could get a bumper sticker with this firm’s name on it, perhaps reading, “My accident attorneys are Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey, and Fronrath,” I would. The only problem is that, by doing so, it might lessen their business. The potential rear-ender might actually stop tail-gating.

Kevin Smith and Darla Keen held my hand through one of the darkest times in my life and represented my best interests with not only professionalism and incredible tenacity, but to a degree and depth I could only hope for from family. There isn't enough space in this review box to express my level of gratitude and appreciation for not only these two individuals but the entire staff at Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath.
