Rick Hutchinson of Hutchinson & Huffman, P.A., was a beacon of hope during our difficult time. When I first met Rick, I was initially very skeptical about attorneys in general. However, my first call with Rick brought a sigh of relief, marked by three remarkable differences: 1. He is a very different lawyer than others we have met. 2. He listens attentively and provides honest assessments, even if it's not what you want to hear. His honesty is refreshing and rare. 3. He treats you as one of his family members, which is exceptionally rare in his line of work. Due to my husband’s case, the lengthy process of 4 years took a toll financially and mentally for my family and this was especially true for me. Rick is like a brother, he is always there to give us/me hope and guide us through this painful experience. To describe Rick Hutchinson in one sentence, I would say “Rick is a God send to us”. I am truly blessed to have him help me and my husband in Florida. Rick is well-equipped to handle any challenge that comes his way, displaying a level of professionalism and dedication that truly sets him apart.

Over 11 years ago I first met Rick when I was about to be charged with two 30-year counts. Because of his intellect, connections and careful planning, I went from spending the rest of my life in prison to non-adjudicated probation to having my charge sealed. If I were asked beforehand what I thought the greatest possible outcome was, I wouldn't have even believed that this would be the possible! During my eight year probation I had therapy with hundreds of others who had the same issues I went through, and NOT ONE had the same outcome I got from Rick. There's no way to overstate this, if you want an outcome that will exceed your expectations, you NEED RICK ON YOUR CASE. I owe my life and my freedom to Rick.

Our family used Mr. Hutchinson based upon a recommendation for a family member involved in a serious criminal matter. We had never been involved in anything like this. Mr. Hutchinson upon our first meeting was apathetic, knowledgable and concerned. Immediately we knew it was not a matter of just a job for him, but he genuinely was concerned on getting the facts and helping our family member. Promptly, he took action investigating, contacting those involved following steps to keep our family member safe and treated fairly. The situation continued for 9 months. During that time we were in contact with him often and he called us night and day. If we contacted him, he returned our calls immeditely. His professionalism and knowledge of the laws and systems is brilliant! We went to court and felt at ease with not only the preparation he had given our family member but his presentation in court. He had the facts of the case, documents to verify them, relentless in his pursuit of justice for our family member. To this day, we can still call Mr. Hutchinson and ask him a question and he is more then happy to talk to us and take the time for us. We are grateful for his service. Our family member would not be where he is today had Mr. Hutchinson not represented us!!!

Rick handled my case with the utmost respect, compassion, and diligence. Rick was able to secure a favorable outcome with my case and enable me to begin a new chapter of my life worry free. Rick is an outstanding defense attorney. A friend recommended him but i checked out several other highly rated lawyers first. There was no comparison. It was obvious from the beginning that he knows exactly what he is doing and he is not afraid to to aggressively defend his client. My case was pretty serious - it didn't look good for me at all.
