I wanted to take the time to share my experience with others regarding the process of a Marchment Act. My story is long for caring for an alcoholic, so this is the synopsis of my journey. I had 6 charges. 3 of which were violent offenses. Going into this mess before I had Mike I was scared I would end up in jail with a tarnished record.
