Mark Hassell was always extremely helpful and communicative. He took the time to express care and concern for friends when they were injured by cars while cycling. He explained the process clearly and was a great help from start to finish. Extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Obviously, getting hit by a car while riding a bike is not something any of us want to do. After that happened to me in March 2023, Bill and his team took me and my family under their wings. My experience with Mr. Bone and his team was excellent. I was concern about having to deal with an attorney, but when I have my accident and I started dealing with the insurance, I realize that I needed someone to speak for me.
