Bill helped me with a name change. He explained the whole process very thoroughly and answered any questions I had. Because I had my ducks in a row I was able to finish the initial process in about 2 weeks then a hearing was scheduled about 2 weeks later. The hearing was done via Zoom. Bill asked me questions related to the petition then the judge asked why I wanted to change my name. After questions were answered the judge approved the name change. Bill provided a copy of the court order but you will have to wait for your case to switch to a closed status so certified copies can be ordered. Ordering in person is best. In conclusion, Bill did his part with no issues. Biggest thing is clients need to have their ducks in a row so Bill can properly help you ensuring nobody’s time is wasted and avoid delays.
