Brooks has handled numerous cases for me over the years. There is one that is still going after 3.5 years. This is a complicated commercial litigation case against a multi-billion dollar hedge fund. Brooks has been always one step ahead of the LARGE LAW firm for the hedge fund. I do not believe the number one rated law firm in Florida could have handled my case better then Brooks Ricca has done for me.

Brooks was always very business-like, very clear on procedure, very easy to talk to and willing to listen to what I had to say. He maintained good contact and I was always aware of exactly where things stood. In the courtroom he was excellent, firm but never combative. Excellent at keeping lines of communication open.

I hired Brooks Ricca after interviewing several other firms and am I glad I did. He is a straight talking, hard working, intelligent attorney who is also truly concerned about his clients.
