Kevin is a true professional, he knows the law like the back of his hand, and will give you the best advice. I was facing incarceration if convicted of a DUI. My lawyer was very professional and amazing at his job, his name is David Goudreau. I was facing retail theft charge and I thought it was over for me. Even when i hired David i was still doubting and thinking I was still getting charged. I was falsely arrested on shaky probable cause, was not allowed to access my phone by police for writing down phone numbers or call a witness and taken immediately to jail. Luckily, I remembered my emergency contact's number to dial while in jail and they immediately got in contact with the firm at 3:00AM to talk with someone about my situation (24-7 case intake). The firm immediately provided me legal representation during my first court appearance by next morning and secured my release. David Goudreau called immediately once I was released and have been super responsive throughout the entire process on my case. He worked aggressively to communicate the personal impact the false arrest and charge were having on my family and I, the highly questionable nature of the police report based on the statements from the many testimony he gathered, and did not let up on requesting a speedy resolution to this misunderstanding. The DA did not file charges the next day (case closed). My only regret was not having their phone number saved down sooner!
