The service I received from Meltzer & Bell was exceptional. They greeted my father and me with respect and made us feel like family. It’s the little touches, like asking if we’d like coffee or water, that made a big difference. This was my first DUI, and the secretary could see the worry in my eyes. She guided me through the process with such care, almost like a mother would. Steven Bell was incredibly professional, walking me through every step and ensuring I never felt neglected. He was super easy to talk to and always reachable, even via text message. Despite a tragic loss I suffered this year, Steven went out of his way to express his condolences, which was truly unexpected and touching. I would definitely recommend him to any family member or friend.
