If you want to pay a low fee retainer, I understand. BUT if you put the trust into Eric Ash to do the right thing and put actual effort into your case, that will be a huge mistake. I put in a HUGE amount of time into my case (CS Establishment/Paternity Plan) to ensure everything was accurate. This should have been an “easy case” as I was never married. Eric Ash couldn’t enter the #’s correctly on a standard CS Calculation Sheet when it was the most important time (presenting it to the other party). I ALMOST signed on it but could tell the numbers were way off. Luckily I have a brain and saved myself from an INCORRECT CS monthly payment that would’ve added up to substantial loss until my child is 18 years old. Protect your $ and time. Stay away

Eric was recommended by and attorney friend to get additional information on portability. Eric was very helpful with his insight but his integrity and desire to help was his priority in guiding me. The world needs more attorneys like Eric.

My divorce was awful. My ex was/is extremely intimidating and manipulating and he layed it on the two lawyers I used over the course of nearly two years so much that one actually filed a withdrawal. When I finally met Eric I didn't have much hope and he turned it all around for me. He managed to get my trial set very quickly and stop my ex in his tracks with his professional yet kind manner.
