On my first appointment, I met with attorney Lake Lytal and his Paralegal/Investigator, Robert Bradshaw, who were very polite, good listeners, and eloquent when they explained to me the legal actions they would take on my behalf, and possible outcome, based on their experience. Mr. Bradshaw was fast in responding to my emails, and his responses were always satisfactory. They were thorough on their research on the opposing parties, who unfortunately have no insurance, and had to settle with my own insurance. On one ocassion, I was contacted by Atty. Jason McCintosh, in response to my request for status, after hours, and he was likewise very polite and gave me a detailed review of the case.
