Orlando is amazing, he tells you like it is and is very knowledgeable when it comes to the system and viable outcomes. Orlando is always available in an emergency and always gets back to you promptly when it is not. This is a guy who truly cares about his clients and doesn't stop checking in once the case is over. Saturday afternoon my children were supposed to come back from spending Thanksgiving with their mother, my estranged wife.
