Well, I spun the wheel at the FL Bar Assoc. And I was a winner when they referred me to Ms. Cunningham. I had been working on my case for 2 years myself (I was told I could do it). Mallory’s was assigned to me from PD office. Her only advise before any due diligence was to talk to prosecutor and cooperate. The case fell apart and was eventually dropped after I got a new PD assigned. I would never hire or recommend her. The desire she has to do as little as possible could have been very bad had I listened to her.
