My case lasted about two years resulting in the maximum monetary award possible much to my pleased satisfaction. I felt this case was straight forward as to the defendant's fault and I provided several pics and reports and attended every medical appointment equipping Lytal with clear proof as to the accident circumstances keeping my attorney and para-legal always up to date. My only frustration was getting in contact with my team who I know was very busy with case loads in order to be updated, say every couple of months, over a two year period. My attorney had to trigger some additional litigation to get the second insurance company to comply which resulted in a 40% versus a 33% legal fee charge which I fully understand although somewhat surprised and unexpected. Overall I would rate my service as a four star and I highly recommend Lytal to every interested person needing legal assistance. Robert Bradshaw and Atty. Brandon Arzabe are excellent in their fields and very personable and pleasant to work with and I am fortunate to have them assigned to my case!
