I had to hire Mr. Richter because I was accused of a domestic situation, which obviously wasn't true and the charges ended up being dropped but the girl who made the compliant lied and made my life misrible for a few months while this played out. Not only was he great at his job in court, but being able to reach him and have an open line of communication was far and above what most attorneys would do for a client. My boyfriend yelled at a neighbor and was arrested for disorderly conduct. Wayne got all charges dropped, and is helping to get this neighbor put away for a separate crime.

I was arrested on two counted of aggravated assualt with a deadly weapon for pulling out a handgun when an individual put me in fear for my life. When he saw the handgun he called the police and told them a completely different story than what had occurred, that's why I was booked. When I sat down with Wayne Richter and explained the situation, he reassured me he would take care of my case and after a half an hour of talking to him I knew I wanted to hire him. I was arrested for a 2nd DUI and refused to submit to a breathalyzer test which resulted in a 18 month suspension of my license. Mr. Richter was able to get the breath refusal tossed so I maintained my FULL driving privileges, and eventually, he got what would have been my 2nd DUI reduced to a reckless driving. Going to court can be very stressful, but Mr. Richter's strong knowledge in the law helped to alleviate some of that stress. Thank you Mr. RIchter!

A minor fender bender resulted in me being arrested for DUI. I was horrified, embarrassed and extremely worried about what would happen to my drivers license. I am very thankful a friend recommended Wayne Richter. Wayne went to work immediately on preventing my license from being suspended and then turned his attention to how the evidence was obtained. It turned out that the right protocol was not followed and ultimately the officer's observations and the breath test were not allowed. The case was dismissed. Without Wayne's counsel, I'm afraid I would have just accepted the circumstances and paid a heavy price. I strongly recommend Wayne to anyone who has been arrested. No matter how bad or hopeless you might feel, Wayne is very approachable and focused on what can be done.

I hired Mr. Richter for a criminal case and minor traffic violations in Palm Beach County. Wayne talked to the attorney that was prosecuting my case and had the criminal charges nolle prossed before arraignment, I was convicted but only for a minor traffic violation. He is easy to get in touch with unlike other lawyers that avoid phone calls and jail visits once they receive their retainer. Wayne handled my case from its infancy and accompanied me until the end where I was paying court costs to the clerk. I have dealt with many lawyers that have helped keep my freedom but none of this caliber.
