The Long-term care insurance that my father bought years ago to keep him in his home only pays for 50 hours and there’s 168 hours in the week …the expenses are enormous and can use up all of the money in an estate very quickly…. I feel like Shalloway and Shalloway has helped us get some of care they need while retaining some their hard-earned savings and assets to allow them to stay home longer and help make the money last longer..,. The work Shalloway and their associates Ms Brooke and Sean have done for my father was well worth the investment

Extremely thrilled with this firm. Brooke is very knowledgeable along with the rest of the firm. There were errors in VA paperwork for my mother's benefits and it was a total nightmare! Avoid going to employee VA office in Stuart as they misinform you and don't care to help the most needy people - elderly with dementia/Alzheimer - It was all incredibly nightmarish! BUT - I found this firm and Brooke is in constant touch and things are progressing very well. The BEST! I would highly recommend them - and already have. Also - I had contact with a firm in Stuart that only cared if my mother had a fortune of an estate - and frankly, I advised him should change his website to say, "if you have no assets, don't bother to contact my firm!" Then cancelled my appointment which by the way they wanted to charge $500.00 just to talk to you and go over things! Thank goodness I didn't waste my time with Greg Zogran, P.A. Loving the peace of mind that Brooke gave me and my elderly mother and looking forward to working with Lynn - the VA Guru! These people know their stuff! I am forever grateful to have found them. Keep shinning! There is hope!

My mom and I sat in with a consult with Jeremy and he did such a great job explaining her future options for her and her family.

I am so thankful for all the help that I received from everyone at Shalloway and Shalloway. Particularly Sean who was assigned to me. I needed to get Medicaid for my friend as he was extremely ill and needed nursing home care.. He patiently explained all the paper work, and answered every email and phone call which was a huge relief, as the process was daunting.
