He was paid $10.000 of my money, he never communicated with me, only my ruthless sister, I ended up with a felony which has ruined my Problem was he not knowing (especially odd for what I see is supposed to be a attorney with great reviews) what my legal address was since 2014, my license clearly stated that & I had been living with my Mother for a consistent 9 months, & through the years on and off. 2 nd Judge gave me ankle monitor, Mr Scott Skier said "Well if you had somewhere to go we could have fought this, your Mother had many problems." Even the public defender knew that was my address. Never got back in the building, never saw my mail or belongings again. The police report was absurd, my Mother had dementia and also made up stories, she stated that I had just moved in the day before coming from jail....I actually thought the detective made that up. I actually flew in January 2021 from Long Island, NY, she actually was upset I didn't make it there for Thanksgiving and Christmas, I was arrested October 2021 for nothing!!! I have to add that I went to apply for Social security, April 2024, they told me they could not pay incarcerated people, I was in shock.... Evidently the case was never closed. They thought I was an escaped prisoner😱😎😂😡I met attorneys that said they knew him very well, my sisters flew in from NY & changged the locks on my own residence that I shared with my Mother, I was told my new attorneys I could have knocked the door down on the 22 nd. floor

Since 1988 this law firm has helped clients get billions of dollars for their injury claims but you have yet found a professional method of communication skills . It’s ridiculous the run around scheme that has been played with people for years and it’s unacceptable!! For months, weeks and days after days a call back is promised by the attorney, ( that you are paying for ) and all their legal team and no one calls you back ! You speak with the receptionist who puts you on hold .. then returns to tell you that “everyone is in a meeting “ , you leave the same voicemail and there’s no result ! My family and I would like nothing more than for this to be over with ! We are tired of the lies , deception, games you play and unprofessionalism all together ! Attorney Gregory Dutch, Tatiana ( legal assistant ) and Carlos (supervisor). It is unethical to tell your client they must just sit and wait when a case was ended in January! It’s now the middle of July and you’re telling me the firm doesn’t have funds ?? What happened to all the billions of dollars you’ve collected?? Or should I ask Help me Howard or Channel 10 news to help me find them !?? Please feel free to contact ELIAS R! So we can end this matter ! I’m sure by now everyone knows this clients name since we call every day !

Very unprofessional when it comes to communication with clients. I called and left voicemails with lawyer and legal assistant and nobody ever calls back. Never was able to speak to the attorney unless he wanted to speak to you. Would never recommend to anybody else. Don’t fall for the big name brand people. Stay far away!

Scott keeps the process emotionless with his eyes on the prize and that is exactly what you need in this field. He is focused on one thing only and that is your success.
