Hiring Ms. Roschkind was one of the worst business decision in my life. Over one year into the process and thousands of dollars later, I had to fire her for incompetence and brief a new lawyer. She does not think strategically, does not plan ahead and predict and was reactive to the opposition lawyer and put us on the defensive through the whole time. She is particularly fee focused and pusillanimous in an industry known for its voracity. If looking for an attorney, proceed with extreme caution.

Great experience. Hired attorney Roshkind after firing first 2 divorce attorneys who were unable to get my divorce settled "fairly" or with any financial support after almost a year of mediations. Attorney Roshkind and associates were able to get a much better settlement for me as well as the alimony that I had been told would be "impossible" by the other 2 firms. Hiring attorney Roshkind was the best decision I ever made. Highly recommend!

Hired for a support modification in early 2010. She took a $2000 retainer and vanished. I mean that. VANISHED. You couldn't find this woman with a 6 man search party. Her office staff was always irked when I called, and ultimately said she had more important clients than I, which is why she had not even filed with the court 6 months after our initial engagement. After a complaint to the Florida bar, I was able to recover $940 from her, but take seriously these other reviews. This attorney is unethical and ineffective.

Hired to handle my divorce 6 years ago. They overcharged, and strung it out to keep charging. My divorce wasn't the easiest, but I feel I got hosed when I was at a very vulnerable time. When I had to go back to court 2 years ago, I used someone else. I had to, I didn't have enough money left to hire this firm again. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This lawyer is the worst I have met. She did my prenuptial agreement and it was a horrible experience. She made many mistakes and takes no responsibilty whatsoever. Her paralegal knows more than she does. On the day of the signing, she even didnt know where she should sign. I will be filing complain with the Florida Bar to make sure people knows what kind of a lawyer she is. She charges $350 per hour but you get nothing for that. Anybody who wants to use this lawyer please do your research first before you meet with her. She has had some pretty bad reviews on other websites. I made a mistake for not checking and I paid a high price. Dont make the same mistake.

I had to fire this lawyer after two weeks. She doesnt know what she does. She messed up all my documents. She charges top $$$ but the experience was the worse I have ever seen. She charges for every question, email etc. I got most of my money back. She is the worst
