I have known Rand Hoch for over 16 years. I have used him as a Private Mediator when I handled defense cases for 3 years and claimant's cases for the past 13 years. He always does a great job explaining the law to the claimants. He is a former Judge of Compensation Claims so he has extensive experience with trials. He relates well with claimants. He works hard and will stay late if necessary to help the parties reach a resolution. I highly recommend Rand Hoch as a Mediator.
