Nunca escribo reviews pero está vez bien vale la pena hacerlo. El abogado Stuart Young ha sido de gran ayuda para mi familia. Había tenido una muy mala experiencia con otro abogado que hizo de mi caso de bancarrota una pesadilla. Gracias a Stu mi caso está siendo solucionado de una manera explícita y mucho más sencilla. Tanto el cómo su secretaria son sumamente comprensibles y amables. El se esfuerza por comunicarse en español y su secretaria habla inglés y español muy fluido. Se interesa por sus clientes de un modo muy personal, no como negocio. Lamento muchísimo no haberlos encontrado antes. Mi familia los recomienda con los ojos cerrados.

Our experience was awesome one. Mr. Young and his staff are professionals, very very courteous, they respond to your calls quickly, and they know their business, definitely the kind of attorney one wants when needed. When my wife and I decided after sleepless night reached the tough decision to file for bankruptcy, I asked my best friend if he knows any great and honest lawyer for a recommendation for our personal bankruptcy filing. He recommended Stuart Young at Young & Brooks, PA. OMG! From our initial meeting with Stuart he was honest straight forward he took his time and listened to why we needed to declare bankruptcy and made us feel very comfortable. Stuart was very patient, understanding, informative, and thorough in his analysis of our situation. When we had questions, the answers were fully explained to us to make sure we had the correct information. I will be remiss if I did not mention Katherine Cedeno like any good lawyer knows and understand nothing can be done without a wonderful, superb, knowledgeable assistant that is what I got from Katherine she is very thorough, passionate and resilient. Together they turned our difficult situation into a much more manageable experience. They helped relieve a lot of stress from both the process and our financial situation. My wife and I would highly recommend Mr. Young and his expert staff any day of the week to our friends and family. We are greatly appreciated all he has done in our behalf.

Mr. Young was incredible. He talked me down off my cliff quite a few times throughout the process. He was always there for any questions we had and answered even after hours. He and his staff are always attentive and they make you feel comfortable, never embarrassed. Thank you again for taking the weight of the world off our shoulders.

I would like to start by saying that this is not a pleasant thing to do for anyone! With that said, when we decided we had not out and had to go this route, my husband and I called and spoke to 3 different law firms. They were all kind and willing to help, but when we spoke to Mr. Young, my husband said to me "that's who I want to go with" I was unsure, Mr. Young was very straight and to the point honest! Did not sugar coat things and did not tell us the process would be easy. We called decided to give them a deposit and retain Mr. Young's firm. By far the best decision we made, the process is NOT fun nor easy, but he and his staff were very nice and helpful, especially Katherine Cedeno. They both got back to us with answers to our hundreds of questions and got us through the process as painless as possible. Because of them we are ready for a fresh start and hope to never need them again! We will highly recommend them to any friends and family they may need help in the future for sure. Also, wanted to mention that we have a very difficult situation going on with our daughter in which Katherine was very compassionate about and never was a time that we spoke, that she did not ask for her and how she was doing. She referred us to Mr. Singer which is also part of their firm, and he helped us get a Durable Power of Attorney drawn up as affordable as he could possibly do it. That has helped us tremendously to get our daughter the proper care that she is needing to get. They are a great team!
