I wouldn’t hire this lawyer at all. Run he is very unprofessional, arrogant, and doesn’t like to be question about the work he is doing for you. I dealt with countless attorneys and this is my first time ever that I had to deal with an attorney who felt like he is doing you a favor. I wish I could give no stars but the system won’t let me.

This is probably one of the most unprofessional, rudest, ignorant and arrogant attorneys I ever met. He knows nothing about law. You ask me he needs to go back to law school and learn everything all over again and be set up to take his bar examine twice to show he understands everything fully and thoroughly. I have moved from florida to be closer to Family in my final days before I pass due to an Illness. So I am not carrying about anything anymore. I just had to address this little concern.

Call Mr. gains about my case and he was more then Happy to help but after I paid him his Retainer he quickly did like most non Respectable people He Disappear only took communicate on and off by text messaging only and took days and week to reply and after about 3 weeks of doing Absolutely nothing on my case he canceled services with me and said that it’s nothing he can do for me and I lost my money with no help and that was it he never helped me our reach out to anyone about my case no email no letter no phone conversation I can’t believe he would do this to someone please be careful.

Mr. Gaines took the time to explain to me about my situation. He spoke to me at 9pm and spoke in detail and did not rush me off the phone. I will definitely keep him in mind.
