This was the first I was having to deal with such an issue, it was very intimidating and stressful. took the stress away , they handled everything flawlessly with minimal effort from me. After receiving many letters in the mailbox from different legal teams about my upcoming court date regarding a debt collection, I spoke with three different lawyers and paralegals and they were very vague about the process And results. Do NOT let Eric Cheshire fool you with his fake charm. He comes off as nice at first, but it’s all an act to get you in the door. Once you’re stuck with him, he’ll bleed you dry with hidden fees and constant demands for more money. He wouldn’t even file paperwork unless I paid him extra – it felt like extortion! He even lied about several things during my case, and I’ve filed a formal complaint with the Florida Bar because of his dishonesty. He pretends to care, but trust me, he only cares about getting paid. Don’t fall for his act. You’ll regret it like I did. Shameful behavior from a supposed “professional.”
