We went to drake on the recommendation of a family member. I have to say that in the past 5 years they took care of everything for us and answered all of our questions over the years. They really made this stressful time for us very bearable. I highly recommend Drake and his team.

I found this firm from a add ...I'm so glad cause in the past I've dealt with a ton of recommended lawyers. ..and when I first met Drake he made me feel very confident and like I had a chance against the biggest bank. he explain a bunch of options and slowly went thru em all ...I when I asked questions he didn't give me those crazy looks like most did ....he thought on it and said ok ..but most of all clear your mind I will get you threw this and he did in record time and with a reasonable bill....he really is a patient lawyer that fights for the little guy....I must say after dealing and getting screwed by the 500 per hour lawyers. ...he truly is a nice guy and his firm is super professional. .....I not only recommend him ...I use this firm for my real estate buisness. .....thanks again Drake your the best .

I have one more year left in my Ch13. I needed a car, for my leased car has reached its allotted mileage. I had completed the form that allows one to seek permission to take on additional debt and included required documentation.
