My wife and I enlisted the help of Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley, PA shortly after our son’s injury. Our case was assigned to Juan C. My mother retained Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley, for injuries due to a car accident. Mrs. Nydia Serrano, assisted my mother with her accident. My mother’s insurance put the fault on my mother without them investigating. My mother was distraught, not only did she sustain injuries caused by the man who ran the red light, her car was totalled, and she even lost consciousness ,but the insult of her insurance, who is supposed to defend her also let her down by saying my Mom caused the accident. Anyone who's got their elderly parent still living can understand just how flabbergasted I was. Mrs. Serrano listened to my Mom, and obtained the video surveillance which showed that my Mom did not cause the accident. Mrs. Serrano did not give up until my mothers insurance reversed their decision and she was able to be successful in this case. I'm happy to recommend Searcy Denney.

I have been dealing with too many medical issues and not receiving proper medical care . I wanted and needed to know sooner then later.
