10/10 across the board when it comes to GoldLaw. Working with Diana throughout the year was such a smooth experience she was on top of things, calling frequently to give updates throughout the whole process. The best part was receiving care by the best providers Goldlaw recommend. I am definitely a forever client from now on.

I was involved in a car accident 1.5yrs ago. It resulted in extensive medical treatment. The first law firm that had my case wasn’t equipped to handle it. When I found Gold Law, I was made to feel at home. The constant check in from Diana in presuit was great. I was nervous when I was told my case was going to litigation, but I was assigned a brilliant team who was able to resolve my case within 6mths of being assigned to it. Very grateful for Team McBride. Celina was amazing. Paul was brilliant and Breanna was great. The icing on the cake was Jennifer their client relations manager. She was a pleasure to speak to. It was the perfect way to close out my case. I would definitely recommend Gold Law to friends and family.

Unfortunately, I was involved in a pretty horrific accident in July. That night Goldlaw was contacted and they reached out right away. From start to finish Diana was extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating. The minute they told me they were there to help me, I felt at ease. I have been reaching out for months for updates on my case and no one responds. I’ve been told multiple times by customer service that my concern has been escalated and I will definitely receive a call back that day and I don’t get anything back. I have tried emailing and I get no answer either. Horrible experience!
