When I had my automobile accident I was clueless, and frankly, completely unaware off all the factors that were associated with it. I contacted Craig Goldenfarb and Associates and was immediately put at ease. I was assigned to attorney Jeff Kirby and his paralegal Jackie Allen and they made my complete experience efficient and painless. Both were very knowledgeable, empathetic, considerate, friendly (well you could pretty much insert any favorable adjective and it works). I normally don't write reviews but when you receive EXTRAORDINARY service with EXCELLENT results you tend to want to share. Overall, I am completely satisfy with the service that I received for the Law offices of Craig Goldenfarb. The treatment process allow me to get the attention needed from my therapist from the time of the accident to my complete recovery. A clear map of the whole process was provided to me at the beginning of the case. All communications between the insurance companies, my therapist and other service providers were handled properly by the Law firm from the very start of the case to the end of it. I had an amazing experience! Very informative, the staff has so much patience, and very helping. I got into a bad car accident 2 years ago. I went to Mr. Goldenfarb's law office in west palm beach for a second opinion when another attorneys office dropped my case. Once i walked in for my consultation they were determined to help me. Now today they told me my case was settled and i was so happy and appreciative in their time and efforts especially when i thought i had hit a dead end and that i had no case.
