Amidst being summoned to court I received large quantities of mail from law firms that claimed to be able to represent me. The law offices of Smith & Vanture stood out for a number of reasons. First and foremost, the professionalism displayed by Heather Di Salvo was 1st class! Di Salvo took time to explain the process and I was relieved of any stress the moment I secured the retainer with Smith & Vanture. Secondly, the expectations for the benefit of me was set by Di Salvo based on previous and similar cases Smith & Vanture had already successfully defended. Put simply, the process was seamless and Di Salvo should be credited for this. In my opinion, she is the epitome of a professional in the legal field. Pretty happy with their service and help to settle a credit card collection that I had with bank of America and even helped me later on at the end of the settlement getting things right and finishing this issue once for all.
