This law firm is outstanding. I was having an issue with a legal matter. Mr. Bilotta took the case and did everything possible for me to have a positive outcome. We were successful due to Mr. Bilotta's knowledge and commitment. I couldn't have had a better outcome.

Jon Wald and his team did not let us down! When we were up against dishonest people that are unpredictable and relentless, it felt as though there was no light at the end of the tunnel. We often felt we were being kicked when we were down and all we wanted was peace... and with his defense, peace is what we finally got. I appreciate the the law office of Brian Vassallo VERY MUCH! Their efforts and professionalism made a difficult situation with a Estate much more tolerable. I especially appreciate all the help that Margaret Schobel did on behalf of my family.. Margaret was so patient and kind addressing all my questions and concerns! When I thought that I was doing the right thing by trusting my son’s mother on doing the custody agreement voluntarily, she went behind my back and filed a lawsuit against me. A lawsuit that has lies all over it (I was going to kidnap my son, etc.). As an honest person and not knowing the custody agreement process, I felt lost and scared. During this awful time and not knowing where to go, I was referred to Jon Wald. I met with Jon and he calmed me down. I went over everything with him. He answered all my questions, explained how the process was, and the things I could or could not do. I felt relieve after I got out of his office that day. I saw his confidence in his eyes. When the mediation process got going, Jon Wald went to work. I was being informed in every step of the way by Jon or his staff. Jon was a magician during my mediations. He always has a strategy (plan A, B, and C). He went the extra mile to get what I wanted. It did not matter what the mediator or the opposing lawyer tried to shut my suggestions down. Jon presented clearly and justify the need of writing things certain way in my custody agreement. Thanks to that effort I have been worry free and my son’s mother can’t take advantage because it is specified in the agreement. Jon does not waste time when the other lawyer brings lies and/or bring things that are not related to the case. When these lies were brought up, Jon shut the other party within seconds. In fact, Jon schooled the other lawyer by referencing a law using the law book during my mediation. The other lawyer did not have any choice but to shut up. After my last mediation was done and the custody agreement was signed by the judge, the Wald office checked with me by asking how things were a few months later. That tells me that the Wald’s office care about their clients. They even recognize me in public and asked me how are things. I truly believe that Jon took my case personally and went above and beyond. I’m pleased with the outcome of my case. We won by far. I won’t hesitate to go back to Jon Wald to fight for the remaining item which is the address that will be used for my son’s school.

Mr. Wald has been my lawyer for almost 3 years now. He advocated fiercely for me during my divorce and provided guidance through a difficult situation. His staff still continues to support me and any issue that may come up pertaining to my divorce.

I live in a different state and literally had no problems what so ever with my car accident. Literally the best and handled everything properly! Highly recommend them!

I hired Jeffrey Friedman for representation and assistance in navigating the complexities of Florida's Workers Compensation. I am so thankful that I chose him. Not only are the insurance companies beasts when it comes to treatment of the injured party, they also aren't very mindful of your financial situation while you are injured and at your most vulnerable. This is where Jeff excelled. He was able dig deep and seek lost wages that the insurance company 'calculated incorrectly' and unfairly. Between him and his assistant, they were there every step of the way with any questions I had regarding the case. Once the case was settled, Jeffrey was able to negotiate a fair settlement based on medical reports. While the entire ordeal was unfortunate and quite stressful, I couldn't have asked for a better team to make sure my needs and rights were met.

My experience with this office is more than words can express. They went above and beyond to handle anything that was needed and not only did they take care of me and my case they gave me a sense of peace . They kept me informed a 100% of the time, they are incredibly friendly and hard working. It's hard to put your trust in people when it will effect your life but Mr. Vassallo and Margaret have exceeded my expectations and made this a great stress free experience. I will choose them over and over again and refer anyone that comes my way to them so they can take care of others as they did with me with excellent service. I want to thank Margaret above all as she was there every step of the way informing me on updates and providing guidance. She goes above and beyond at a moments notice and just overall made this experience great for me. The entire time I was dealing with this office they made me feel as if I was the only client with full ok attention.
