I came here to Phil and Brooke in complete distressed. I finally just got a new car. 2 months rolled by and I found myself in a terrible accident with it. I thank God I didn’t get mangled-but the emotional distress paired with the lingering pains were enough for me to crack. Then, a friend recommended Phil. Brooke, Phil’s paralegal was extremely patient with me, but still worked with urgency. She had everything under control. There were times I doubted this-but it was only because the process was so emotional-yet Brooke was my sanity through it. I am so glad I stuck it out with Phil and Brooke. I know for sure they got me the best deal and trust me-they made me a very happy client. I am forever grateful for their team. Phil Valente and his team were absolutely outstanding in handling my auto accident. From the day I met with Phil and Brooke I knew they were going to guide me through this process as it was my first experience with law suit. Phil Valente amd his staff gotta be the worst injury lawyer in palm beach county. I haven't delt with alot of lawyers, but his professionalism speaks volumes. You would think no matter what when hiring a lawyer they take care of you, not the case with Phil... multiple times I had to explain the case to however many paralegals are in the office. Story short he didnt see any high potential for alot of money back so once he realized our case wasnt 1mil case he pushed us into court and removed himself from the case after he already pushed the case through the courts. I wouldn't recommend this over paid secretary to anyone. Thanks Phil & staff for showing your true colors.
