Excellent service and a great job done. Mike is the guy helped with anything and everything. Can’t say enough about how supportive him and his team were throughout this process. They were able to get charges dropped to simply reckless driving meanwhile was facing a dui and leaving the scene. Thankful for them!!

My family, a loved one of ours that is a good person had a misfortunate run in with the law. The car was parked but pulled off the road running because of the driving conditions & total fog drop… impossible to see through this driving that evening around 6pm - 8:30pm. A mistake that evening, driving home from work in that fog and 2 miles from home, he ate his prescription on an empty stomach, that a Dr gave him for a broken back injury. After falling asleep on the side of the road w/ the hazards on, in a Cadillac with proper ventilation via the engine running, radio on… where he pulled over off the road is where the trouble begin! Let’s just say it ended badly that evening. The stress is major trouble for an entire family that depends on a 51 year old who has never been in trouble with the law. Our family can’t thank Michael & his firm for slowing the entire process down the same day the phone call was made to Parks & Braxton. Our life went on as usual for the next 14 months. Driving privileges untouched, no court appearances, no paperwork, nothing to do over the next 14 months. In total there was one court appearance month 15 & Michael got it thrown out of court. Michael explained the truth & the facts that is important for each individual case & person! Michael & his firm take their TIME to explain to the prosecutor’s team every fact and ask the questions that need to be addressed. The prosecution have thousands of cases and if you are not represented by someone like Michael, you turn into a number in the system that pays so much money $$$ for the next 25 years minimum - 75 years depending on a Reckless Driving or DUI.
