I had a workman's comp issue come up at my job and felt like I wasn't getting the attention and care that I needed or, quite frankly, deserved. I was referred to Franks, Koenig & Neuwelt by another law office we had worked with on a different type of case and immediately began to feel much better about everything. I was overwhelmed and very stressed, both with the very nature of this type of situation (all the paperwork, red tape, etc.) and that I felt that I wasn't getting the treatment I needed. After an accident at the work, my employer and the insurance company refused to pay my hospital bill. And in my opinion five stars is not enough to justify what him and his team was able to do for me and my family also want to send a special shout out to his paralegal Diane Mathis for just always making me feel like everything was going to be okay and for always staying on top of me making sure that I was doing everything that was required of me for workman's comp and this lawsuit it really make you feel like you are part of the family.
