I was truly pleased with the service from Judd, Kim, and Lisa because they truly understood and really made me feel like I mattered. They answered every question, and they fought for a just amount. I will always recommend them for any Work Comp claims.

I worked with Attorney Andy Neuwelt and Paralegal Courtney Holmes for my worker’s comp case. In my case, I unfortunately ended up with CRPS from an injury at work and my doctors, case workers, family and myself were extremely frustrated at how poorly my job’s worker’s comp was handling my case. They continued to delay treatment, refuse to pay for my medications, constantly had me going to different doctors to try to get a different diagnosis and (conveniently for them,) “forget” to send my disability checks. I didn’t want to have to sue anyone because I’m not a confrontational person, I’m more of an extremely anxious person, but when they wanted me to sign some papers I wasn’t understanding where it seemed like they may be trying to pin this injury on an accident from ten years prior, I understood I couldn’t put this off anymore. I wanted someone that understood what I have and could empathize with me and fight for me. And fight he did! Andy was a huge blessing to me, I don’t even know how many times I’ve cried with relief after speaking to him, and even my doctors and case worker at the time said to me that they were glad for me to have him on my side because he’d lit a fire under worker’s comp’s butts and got them to do what was right for me. All the previous issues I’d had with them? Andy got taken care of right away and he let me know what they could and couldn’t do so I could stand up for myself too when need be. Any concerns I had? He was patient and explained until I was calm again. He never made me feel ignorant or less than. Andy and Courtney were great at answering any and every question I had. They were compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable, and straightforward. We’ve settled my case to reduce prolonging a surgery I need, and I’m so incredibly relieved. They’ve not only fought for what I deserved, they’ve given me back my peace and hope for my future, and there’s absolutely no price on that. I so, so highly recommend them, I’ve had the best experience with them.
