He constantly checked up on my case and was always available especially as I was overseas and still was able to answer any questions I had. He explained to me all my options and was straight forward with all outcomes. I believed I had a 0.1% chance of being retained let alone getting an honorable or general discharge. However, Mr. Waddington was able to provide a powerful defense. The most impactful thing that stuck out to me the most was his incredible opening and closing argument. I don't think any other attorney would have been able to pull off such an incredible defense such as he did. When I heard the board state that they are retaining me in the military, I just completely broke down as I know if any other attorney was assigned to me, I would have lost.
