Where do we even begin!! We were probably a very complex case and had already been through a great deal before hiring Rosana. We had previously hired an attorney who took our money and did absolutely nothing with it so as being as hesitant to trust another Rosana assured and promised us the compassion and communication we were seeking. From the very first time she began to work on our case we were copied on every single correspondence and fully briefed on the entire process for over a year that she worked tirelessly around the clock to make sure we got the best out come possible. Communication was key to us because when dealing in a lawsuit you want to make sure you always know what was transpiring and Rosana kept that promise above and beyond what we expected. She was always available for questions or concerns and was always willing to explain when we did not understand.
