I am very happy with the services I received from attorney Jay Symonds and his legal associate Sonia Nogueira. My disability company changed my diagnosis to try to deny my claim. Jay answered all of my questions and led me down the right path of what I needed to do, and Sonia provided some much-needed encouragement along the way. They took the burden off of my shoulders with their expertise and my disability claim has been approved. I highly recommend Jay and Sonia if you are in need of help with your disability claim. I do not regret my decision to hire them.

This is Terry Wiseman.My experience was very average with this firm. I received less than a third of the settlement after fees and costs. Based on this I believe the settlement should have and could have been more aggressively challenged by the firm where as I received in actual funds something more fair and accurate owed to me. The firm received much more than I. This is not fair.Any other firm could have accomplished the same results.I would not recommend them .

If you ever need help with a disability case, I strongly recommend this firm. My experience with Jason his team was incredible. They all were very collaborative and quick to answer any questions.

Dell Disability Lawyers are absolutely amazing. Steven and his team communicated clearly and always kept us up to date on the case. They were great to work with every step of the way. We NEVER would have won the disability case without them. Glad we did not listen to those that told us we did not need to get an attorney involved. This is the best money we have ever spent!

I am writing this review to let anyone know that I highly recommend this business without reservation. I was initially denied my claim, was told by the insurance company that I could appeal but had no idea how to successfully do so. I was stuck and didn't know what to do, I knew me appealing to the insurance company would be "iffy" if anything. I even considered just giving up. I did finally decide to appeal with legal help, and after significant research decided to file my appeal with this group. This firm listened to me and filed my appeal. They kept me informed of each step along the way with emails and personal phone calls. I was never left wondering about possibilities concerning the next step and they always left me with making the decision on the final way choice to go. As it turned out I was extremely happy with the final settlement. Had I not decided to appeal the insurance company's decision with professional, courteous, and kind understanding of my situation that would have been "end of story." I have nothing but positive things to say about this law firm!

I was at my wits end with my companies short term and long term insurance. Saw Dell Disability's YouTube post and it fit my situation to a tee being the same insurance providers I was dealing with. I figured if they had this much experience with these insurance companies they should be able to take care of me and they did.
