Seth came thru after many years of me trying on my own.

Seth is easy to get a hold of, and also gives you his own cell no. to contact him directly. He tells you what to expect, and when, and that helps a lot. He has managed to save me a lot of money.

A dear friend recommended me to Attorney McNeill, and little did I know, she would change my life and my opinion about all attorneys. After my initial disability claim was denied, I contacted Ms.McNeill and we set an appt to meet and go over my case. At that meeting I knew I wanted her to represent me. She was very knowledgeable, kind hearted, and she didn’t talk down to me. She put the law in terms that I understood. Well, I told her my story, and she saw my condition at the meeting. I had a strong case, even the doctor for disability gave a medical report supporting my disability. So Attorney McNeill appealed my case for a hearing and she represented me at the hearing. Guess what? I was denied at the hearing!! But I had a secret weapon named Beverly McNeill, and denial is not in her vocabulary, therefore it is not acceptable. From the time we were notified I received an unfavorable decision after the hearing, she called me and put in a plan of action for an appeal. We WON that appeal, and now had a chance for another hearing. Yesterday was that hearing and the Judge said I would get a favorable decision! There is no quit in her. If I had questions she answered. If she couldn’t call me right away, she’d text and tell me why, and when she would call. Throughout my ordeal, Ms. McNeill has been there for me. She has treated me like family. I highly recommend Attorney Beverly McNeill. Thank you Ms. McNeill. The sky is the limit.

Miss McNeill handled my hearing for my disability, she is very professional and concise, she made sure I had all the necessary paperwork that I needed to ensure that the hearing went smoothly, she called me to make sure I fully understood the process so that I would be able to understand the questions and what would be expected of me, she answered all my questions And returned my calls promptly, above all I found her to be extremely caring she has a genuine passion for her job, I would highly recommend her!
