A very professional firm that is both thorough and well versed in the industry. The lawyers and staff are expeditious in handling legal affairs and good at keeping expectations realistic. Do not try to navigate this area without legal representation. I couldn't imagine taking this on by myself. I learned so much from this experience. It taught me what I didn't know....and that was a lot! In particular, one must realize there are many traps that can potentially make your case more difficult to navigate and prove. I learned to file no appeal by myself, although I was told by my private insurance I didn't need a lawyer to file an appeal as it was an administrative process. However, they failed to tell me once the appeal was filed, the case is locked. It wouldn't matter if I was hit by a car the next day after the appeal. None of this would be admissible as the file would be sealed as complete for a judge to determine. It is important to find a firm that has extensive experience in working with big insurance companies. Alex and his staff did an outstanding job from the beginning to the end in handling all of my needs at a very affordable commission. I give my recommendation of their services without any hestitation.
