It's unfortunate when disability insurance companies come after older disabled policyholders just to help their bottom line. It can be a living nightmare the damage they can do to a family. Dell Disability Lawyers are polite, understanding and knowledgeable. They call you back and answer any question you have no matter how unimportant it can be. The amount of stress they took off of myself and family was incalculable. I recommend them highly to take care of any disability case whether it be filing for benefits or reversing a claim decision. They are outstanding.

Without them my LTD company was dropping my plan with me still suffering from my accident, even with doctor’s statements I’m still disabled. The LTD company didn’t want to advance my policy to the next stage of years of pay. Dell Disability Lawyers saved my policy, and helped to enforce the LTD company’s own policy (for its policy holder, me) that I would be covered still under the LTD policy I had paid for at my previous job, when my accident occurred. These lawyers know what they are doing and can help you too. LTD companies will try to drop you when you still need coverage just because they don’t want to pay on your policy anymore. Don’t let them break contract with ya because they are trying to get out of it. Hit em with legal action to ensure the continuation of your policy you paid for. Dell Disability worked very well for me and continue to do so.

I want to share my experience with others in my position. I'm the employee that paid into a Metlife long term disability insurance for over 12 years...just in case something happened to me. Well that day happened after 12 years of paying faithfully into an insurance that should have helped me during the time that I was out of work. Unfortunately, they denied my claim. Several specialists along with my primary care physician of many years had done all the right things for me in providing all the medical documentation of why I was placed off of work (long term). Metlife held their ground and would not assist me even though they accepted my faithful payments out of my paycheck each month. I was referred to Dell Disability Law (Ms. Valerie Garcia & Kim Sanchez) were there from the very first point of contact. They were patient and caring even on days when I was emotional and not in a good place. First Class People and Law Firm!!!! Calling Dell & Schaefer for assistance with filing for my disability benefits was definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made! Having complicated health issues, and knowing that I was going to have to deal with more than one insurance company, I knew that I would need help. I have had an amazing experience working with Jay Symonds and his paralegal Sonia Nogueira. They are both extremely professional, kind, compassionate, and they genuinely care how I am doing. Every email I send and every phone call I make is answered promptly and with great detail. Sonia has kept me well informed and updated on all correspondence between them and the insurance companies throughout the entire claims process. And she is no darn nice!!! When there would be a situation when he felt that I was not correctly understanding something the lawyer was asking, due to the language she was using, he would interject, and clearly explain the question in layman’s terms. Mr. Symonds also gave me suggestions along the way that proved to be critical in getting my claims approved. Without going into detail, one company was taking a rather long time to make a decision due in large part to the opinion of their medical reviewer. However, his report was not only vague but it also contradicted itself, so Mr. Symonds was fighting for me. During this time, he suggested I get another specific exam done by an independent party. Once he submitted those results, along with another document from my doctor supporting the results, the insurance company approved my claim. Without his representation my claims most certainly would have been denied. Jay and Sonia, I cannot thank you enough for all that you continue to do for me!!!!!!!

I found Dell Disability through a search and watched many of their YouTube videos and was impressed with the amount of free knowledge they pass on and wealth of experience/wisdom they had with all the years helping clients win claims. From my first interaction with Gregory Dell, I wanted to use this firm. He answered every question, and I asked so many. He took the time over his weekend while traveling to respond to me and offered to get a call to further discussion. I wanted a firm that would handle the entire process from short term to the long-term claim process. Watching their videos made me realize that this is not a walk in the park and was not going to take any risk with doing this myself. You don’t know what you don’t know and while there were other folks out there that told me I could submit the paperwork, I realized that this was not wise advice. I was nervous as I was about to give up the work, I had been doing for 35 years and the income that I could have made over the next 10 years. But the severity of my disability wasn’t going to allow me to continue. The firm works in pairs, Greg Dell, and Jason Marci both handled the case from inception with Ivanny Esquivel, Legal assistant. Each one of them are very kind/compassionate. They truly care about the people they are helping. They responded to all my emails during the process very quickly regardless of the time of day. I got responses at 3am, 10am, 5pm EST. In my experience over the years NEVER have had this type of experience with any other lawyers I’ve worked with (corporate or personal.) They guided me on each step of the application process and advised me exactly what was needed for the STD and LTD claims. They quickly got my STD claim approved and in only 2 weeks after my Long-term disability claim was submitted by Greg Dell and Jason Marci, the insurance company came back with an approval for my claim. I suspect the insurance company saw their names and knew I was taking this seriously. You are not going to find better attorneys that put their hearts into their work to support their clients every step of the way. Very grateful I found Dell Disability Lawyers!!
