I had a very challenging case. Cesar Gavidia and his assistant Tabitha G have been wonderful in every way imaginable. I was amazed how Cesar Gavidia helped me with my case. Cesar is a Super Lawyer and he really knows what he is doing. The service that is provided to a client is Outstanding. I am very lucky to have Cesar Gavidia as my lawyer. I always recommend Dell & Shaffer to my friends and family. They're not only professional they treat their clients and their whole staff like family. Jason and Diana worked hard and always answered my questions never making me feel like any question was too small. I felt like they really cared.

My lawyer, Alex Palamara, was excellent. His paperwork to the opposing counsel (a big insurance company) was a masterpiece. Alex was a good communicator--easy to talk to and explained things very well. He guided me throughout the process and, in my darkest hour, when I very nearly gave up on the whole endeavor, he was very kind and provided emotional support. It was my choice to continue. In the end, Alex won my appeal (without going to trial)! He did a marvelous job. Also, his assistant, Sonia was consistently helpful and responsive to my many questions via email or phone. After having my disability claim denied from a major carrier, I researched several law firms. My experience with Dell Disability was professional, knowledgeable, and comprehensive. They were able to win my disability claim for me. This has been several years ago. In the years since then and all during the fight for my disability the communication has always been direct and good. If I ever had any questions I would get answers. Sometimes they would say let me make sure on this or that first. Which I appreciate, they could have very easily given a quick answer, that is not their style. They will do the research and check. You might have to wait for an answer sometimes, but I would rather get something right instead of messing something up in the long run. I have been a client of theirs for around six years now. Long enough to know how they operate versus some other firms with a good sales pitch. So obviously, the attorneys are good, but something that often gets overlooked is the staff, the ones that make things work in the system so the attorneys can dedicate their time to what they do best. The staff at Dell is in a word AWESOME. They have always been attentive and great at taking care of things. Thanks, all of you are very much appreciated, from the attorneys to the staff that make the behind-the-scenes jobs get done.
