I found this firm by a google search and I trusted in the great reviews. Let me tell you I was not disappointed and got all the help I needed. Mr. Stephen Jessup and his assistant Danielle took on my case and got me approved for LTD. Always an ease to work with and they were only a phone call or email away. It was a pleasure having Mr. Jessup as my attorney, he truly does what is best for his clients and goes above and beyond.

We called Dell Disability Lawyers when we had an illness diagnosed in 2022. We had been financially savvy in the early part of our health care careers to get individual disability insurance and two business overhead insurance policies. When it became apparent we were going to need to file claims on the policies, we immediately retained Mr. Steven Dell. He and his paralegal, Merlin, took our case on and aggressively but kindly dealt with the insurance companies. If you need help, please call Mr. Dell. You will not be disappointed.

I was about to give up knowing in my heart I needed help, but overwhelmingly fearful and just plain didn't think I could handle it. When I contacted this amazing firm, immediately I felt hopeful. These processes are daunting. But as said, I immediately felt a virtual hug and knew I could trust ( not an easy thing for me) Alex and staff to take good care with great communication, timely responses and extremely friendly. Outstanding communication from all staff. When we had to meet in person was treated like VIP. They have a new office with a convenient hotel just across the street.
They have an outstanding network of relationships nationwide and with insurance companies.
My case was called very unique and difficult but Steve Jessup came through. Great personality!
