I reached out to Seth Lubin through his website, and he personally called me back within 24 hours—talk about prompt service! I had a tax issue related to a new construction home I closed on in May. I was charged full taxes for the year because the home was considered substantially complete, and I didn’t know what that meant under county law. Seth took the time to thoroughly explain the situation and the law behind it. He was upfront and honest, telling me there wasn’t anything I could do since the deadline to file an appeal had already passed. However, he suggested I check my closing documents because the builder might be responsible for truing up what they paid at closing (which was based on land-only taxes). Sure enough, Seth was right! After checking my documents, I discovered the builder is responsible for a true-up, which means I’ll be getting a check to help cover my 2024 taxes. Seth charged absolutely nothing for his consultation and gave me straightforward, actionable advice. I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I will absolutely turn to Seth for any future tax-related issues and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy tax attorney. Thank you, Seth!

At this point, I’m disappointed with AG. I received our PERM approval at the end of May, and now, in November, the I-140 still hasn’t been filed. It’s been five months of waiting without clear explanations whenever I’ve tried to understand the delay. The only responses I’ve received are vague statements like, “We’re working on it” or “Almost done.” I had hoped for greater efficiency, especially after choosing to work with them
