Neil Kolner is the epitome of a sorry lawyer. He is so lazy and takes time to see or contact his client. He charged my family 15 thousand dollars and submit bare bone papers. Even after we lost trial, he wouldn't take responsibility for not submitting our evidence. This man is so unprofessional
