In my opinion, Mr. Asma devised a scheme with my siblings to defraud me out of any of my inheritance from my Mother. He worked with my three siblings, meeting with them privately to conspire a way to keep me from my 25%. In my opinion, it appears he lied to me on multiple occasions. He sent me emails outlining how things would go, yet in the end, I received nothing and all the while, meeting with my three siblings alone, obviously to further his plan to defraud me. In the end, he charged tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees to my Mother's estate. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and with Florida Bar. I am in my second round with the Florida Bar, and I will continue to elevate this until we reach a satisfactory conclusion. I have also sent all the documents to the Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Public Assistance and the Governors office. It appears that my siblings made the choice to pick money over family, so very sad. Nevertheless, it is not hard to imagine this happening considering who was in charge of my mother's estate.

I called to have a real estate sales contract written. I knew what I wanted and after researching Asma & Asma I decided to engage their services for the sales contract and represent me for the closing. I called and the lady that answered informed me that that I would first have to pay $200 for a consultation. I said I did not want a consultation as I knew what I wanted. She insisted that I must pay the $200 for the consultation first. I asked will the $200 be credited towards the fee for writing the sales contract. In snippy tone she reply no. I left my number and requested for the attorney to call me back. Of course they were to busy to call back especially since I did not want a consultation for $200. Very silly I got the sales contract written by another attorney who will represent me at closing his fee is estimated $12,000. for the transaction. I am glad I did not go with Asma & Asma. They were to busy to call me back.

Highly recommended to our family when my brother needed to make a will and other financial bequests back in 2014, we have no regrets. Then and now, Asma & Asma were the perfect law firm to consult and hire. Nick Asma and his team are exceptional in advise, responsive in reply (call that immediate) and when needed upon my brother's passing, still there for us six years later. Nick and the staff are not only helpful but they are understanding and very wise in all matters legal for Florida. Not living ourselves in the State, they worked with my brother who resided there and offered him excellent advise which was followed through when they prepared his will and other papers now needed upon his passing. Everything went without a hitch and Nick and staff, in their wisdom and compassion were there for any questions even this many years after the fact. Thank you Asma & Asma for never just doing the minimum but going the entire distance with us always with wise advise and excellent follow-up. Recommended for all the right reasons, they actually are there for you and know what they are doing.
