Jason Smith refuses to follow simple instructions when asked to write up a custody agreement. Both parties were in agreement on the divorce but he chose to schedule a court date and lie to us about canceling it. He then proceeded to charge for the court date which was supposed to be canceled. Additionally he refused to call back or even email for weeks until after the court date so he could beg for more money. He was of course fired and easily replaced by someone more competent which was not hard to find at all.
